I’ve talked to my primary care physicians about it a few times, but each time, I had to get a referral to another doctor, call to schedule an appointment (that isn't available for months), and then sleep in a clinic. And the experience far exceeded expectations. I was able to sign up and pay on the website, like any other product. The sleep testing device was mailed to my home with very clear, step by step instructions and helpful videos of the doctor explaining sleep testing, which gave me a lot of comfort. A web portal where my results were tracked, and multiple live call with Sahil (who’s amazing) to go over results and trends, with personalized recommendations to improve sleep. All from the comfort of my home and sleeping in my own bed. It was perfect. I learned things about my sleep that I wish I had known a decade ago. I’ve been making tweaks ever since and the team checks in regularly to see how I’m doing. Empower Sleep needs to be the model for the entire health care system. This is how it should be.
